Purchasing

Can a ring be resized?

Yes! We offer one complimentary resize and MOST rings can be resized. Each additional resize is $90. This applies to in stock rings only. Custom rings are made in the size you requested so will incur a $90 to resize. Contact us to see if a certain ring can be sized to your preference. Sizing can take 7-10 business days. If you need it sooner, contact us and we can see if we can rush it for you!

Do you do custom work?

A. Yes! We do indeed do custom work when we supply the center stone. We are not currently creating settings for stones that we do not source. The custom process starts at $15,000. Custom projects take 6-12 weeks. Visit this page to read more about starting your custom project!

Are your stones GIA Certified?

We GIA certify all of the diamonds that we can. There are some antique and vintage pieces whose diamonds cannot be certified because it could destroy the integrity of the piece.

We use the GIA, AGL, and C. Dunaigre for gemstone certification.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, certified check, bank transfer, and Bread. We are also able to split payments over multiple cards! For this option, you can contact us and we can walk you through it! If you would like to pay via wire transfer, please reach out and we will assist you. Wire transfers carry a 2.4% discount.

Important note if you are using a credit/debit card: Most banks impose a spending limit so you may have to contact them to have that changed for a purchase or to let them know that you are making a large purchase.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do offer layaway plans! Engagement rings can be a large purchase and we want you to be able to get the one that you want before someone else snatches up that one-of-a-kind piece. We offer up to 60-day installment plans and are happy to split payments over multiple cards if needed. Since layaway rings are taken off the market for extended periods of time, they are exchangeable but not returnable. Payments are non-returnable for payment plans. Do you offer engravings on your rings?

Yes! We offer both hand engravings and computer engravings to personalize your ring and make it even more of a family heirloom. Computer Engraving costs $50-$70 (depends on the length of your message). Please note that thinner bands can only have computer engravings done. Hand Engraving costs $80-$120 (depending on the length of your message).

General Questions

Will an "out of stock" item be restocked?

Yes and no. Authentic Vintage pieces will never be restocked.

Our AB Made rings can be recreated but only with a different diamond. Antique diamonds are rare and are difficult to replicate. So while we can't promise that we will ever find a diamond or gemstone quite like it, we can always find something beautiful!

Sometimes we can recreate a sold piece so if there is a style that you can't get out your mind, contact us and we can see what we can do. For some of the vintage-inspired pieces, we can often recreate the ring with another antique diamond.

Will you sell the setting without the center stone?

We only sell complete rings or loose diamonds. We will only create a setting when we supply the center stone.

Can you change the polish of a ring?

Yes! Changing the polish from shiny to matte or vice versa is very simple! The cost to change the polish of your ring is subject to a $20 fee.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We are on a mission to pair people with their Dream Ring! If you are not happy with your purchase, just let us know within 5 days of receipt if you would like to return the piece. Email us and we will send you a return label to ship it back. Once we receive the piece in its original condition then we will issue a full refund within 7-10 business days*. It may take a few days for the funds to show up in your account depending on your bank. Made-to-order rings are final sale. 

*Note - a 2.4% restocking fee may be applied to certain orders. Please contact us and we can get you all the info!

How are the jewels shipped?

We offer complimentary overnight shipping Monday through Friday in the continental US for your newly purchased item. The package will come in a FedEx box and will not have our name on it in case it is a surprise! An adult signature is required upon delivery.

The billing address on your order must match the shipping address. International shipments have a flat fee of $100 USD. Contact us for more information on international shipments.

Shipping costs for any repair, resizing, cleaning, or other work you request done to your item starts at $45 each way in the continental US. Shippings costs for rings valued at over $25,000 may be higher and are subject to change.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, most European countries, Australia, as well as many other countries. Feel free to contact us to see if we ship to your country. There are often duties and taxes associated with importing jewelry so you can contact your country's customs agency for help in calculating that cost.

Shipping on international shipments is a flat $100 USD fully insured.
