Q: Can we see the rings in person?

A. Yes! We are available by appointment in NYC! Feel free to Contact Us or call us to set up an appointment!

Q: Can my ring be resized?

A. Yes! We offer one complimentary resizing and MOST rings can be resized. Each additional resize is $80. Contact us to see if a certain ring can be sized to your preference! Keep in mind that resizing can take up to a few days.

Q: What does "RESERVED" mean on a ring?

A. We offer 48 hour complimentary holds or reserves on our rings to allow for final decision making and finance-sorting. Once the 48 hour hold is up, you can either proceed with the purchase or release the hold! Holds are limited to 1 hold per ring and 2 lifetime holds per person!

Q: What is your return policy?

A. We are on a mission to pair people with their Dream Ring! If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 5 days of receiving the ring. Contact us and we will send you a return label to ship it back. Once we receive the ring in its original condition then we will issue a full refund. It make take a few days for the funds to show up in your account depending on your bank.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, and bank transfer. Important note if you are using a credit/debit card: Most banks impose a spending limit so you may have to contact them to have that changed for a purchase or to let them know that you are making a large purchase.

Q: Will an "out of stock" item be restocked?

A: Unfortunately not! These are all one of a kind vintage and antique engagement rings so there is no other ring quite like it! Sometimes we can recreate a sold piece so Contact Us if there is style that you can't get off your mind! For some of the vintage-inspired pieces, we can often recreate the ring!

Q: Will you sell the setting without the center stone?

A: Unfortunately not! We do not sell only settings and we try to preserve the vintage integrity so we do not separate the diamonds from the setting. 

Q: What shipping do you offer?

A. We offer FREE overnight shipping Monday through Friday in the continental US. The package will come in a UPS or FedEx box and will not have our name on it in case it is a surprise! An adult signature is required upon delivery. The billing address on your order must match the shipping address. International shipments have a flat fee of $100 USD. Contact us for more information on international shipments.

Q: Do you offer payments plans?

A. We do offer layaway plans! Engagement rings can be a large purchase and we want you to be able to get the one that you want before someone else snatches up that one-of-a-kind piece! We offer up to 60 day installment plans and are happy to split payments over multiple cards, if needed. Since layaway rings are taken off the market for extended periods of time, they are exchangeable but not returnable. Payments are non-returnable for payment plans. Q: What countries do you ship to?

A. We ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, most European countries, Australia, as well many other countries. Feel free to contact us to see if we ship to your country! There are often duties and taxes associated with importing jewelry so you can contact you country's custom agency for help in calculating that cost! Shipping on international shipments is a flat $100 USD fully insured.
