Georgian Color-Change Spinel Cluster Ring
The Hestia ring is an authentic antique diamond cluster ring from the Georgian Era circa 1820. The ring centers an approximately 1.00-carat No Heat Natural Cushion Cut Color-Change Spinel of purplish-blue color. Surrounding the center stone is a halo of 13 Old Mine Cut diamonds of approximately J-K color, totaling approximately 0.70 carats. The stones are set in a silver topped 15kt and 10kt gold setting. The ring is currently size 6 and can be resized!
Why We Love It
A moody, chic ring with great details great Georgian details from the smooth, rounded backing to the two tone metals. This spinel is the most interesting tone of ocean blue with violet tones that change with the lighting. The patinaed collet setting and ribbed band add just the right amount of charm to this great antique piece.
*Due to the color change nature of the stone, the spinel presents differently in different lighting. The stone has noticeable violet hues that are better seen in the videos.
